Birthdays, hens, girls' weekends, couples wanting to do something together instead of the usual, brought to a lounge room near you. Same full Soulful Session, just for your people, in your space.

Private Soulful Session

The full 60-minute experience, energy release, short breath practices, gentle movement and meditation, hosted at a home or venue of your choosing. Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks all supplied.

Applies for smaller groups (1–2 people); $40pp for 3 or more will naturally exceed this.

All you need is enough space for a yoga mat per person, with room to stretch your arms out fully without touching the person next to you.

Anyone wanting to mark something together instead of another dinner out, birthdays, hens, a couple's night in, a friend group who just wants to feel something real together. There's room for fun and joy in this too, think dancing, laughter, whatever your group needs.

Optional add-on: canvas painting for the group $12pp, I bring everything and set it up, just needs table space (numbers dependent).
