“The way we love them, begins with the way we love ourselves”

You wake up every day and tell yourself today is going to be different.
And then something happens. And you react. And then you carry it for the rest of the day.
You're not struggling because you don't care, or because you haven't tried hard enough. You've probably already read the books, listened to the podcasts, journalled, tried to meditate. You know about nervous system regulation. You understand, intellectually, why you react the way you do.
You just haven't been taught what to actually do with the energy and emotion in your body in the moment it's happening.
- You go from zero to a hundred faster than you can catch yourself, and afterwards you don't even fully understand what happened
- When bedtime gets dragged out you feel yourself tipping over the edge. You have nothing left and every extra minute feels impossible.
- You finally get the kids down and you "relax" by eating something you don't really want, pouring a glass of wine, or scrolling until you feel worse than before, not because you're bad at resting, but because you genuinely don't know how to give yourself what you actually need
- You cannot sit still. You always need to be doing something. Genuine rest feels almost impossible.
- On the outside you're capable, warm, holding it all together. On the inside you're running on resentment and overwhelm and you feel guilty for that too.
- Your partner breathes too loud or says the wrong thing and suddenly everything is their fault. You've been holding it in all day and it has to go somewhere, so it comes out on the people closest to you.
- You want to be the fun mum, the playful one, but you can't find it in your body to give it to them, and you judge yourself for that
- You want to be genuinely present with your kids, but your brain is always somewhere else
You're not broken. You're not lacking awareness. You just haven't been taught how to work with what's happening in your body.
The snapping, the guilt, the inability to relax, the disconnection. None of it is a character flaw. It's what happens when your nervous system has been in survival mode for so long it doesn't know another way.
And underneath all of it is a feeling that follows you everywhere. Not patient enough. Not present enough. Not playful enough. Not calm enough. Not grateful enough. Not a good enough mum.
The Enough Mother isn't about teaching you how to become more enough by doing more. It's about helping you stop abandoning yourself every time you struggle.
The snap matters. Of course it does. But what happens in the moments after matters too. Because when you turn that moment into "I'm a terrible mum," shame takes over. And shame doesn't help you reconnect with your child. It keeps you stuck, distant, and inside your own head.
You can't think your way out of something that lives in your body. But you can learn to work with it. And when you do, something shifts. Not overnight. But genuinely, and in a way that stays.
That's what this program is for.
"I support you on the journey from feeling like your child deserves a better mum, to knowing that you are that mum."Jessica Ann

Somatic Tools to Keep
Practical tools you can use when you're mid-snap, mid-overwhelm, mid-meltdown, for you and with your kids. Not theory. Things that actually work in real life.
Closing Celebration Lunch ✨
On our final week we close out the program together, in person, for a luxurious beachside dinner and a glass of bubbles, fully included, to celebrate you and the eight weeks of work you've done. This is the moment you get to look around the room and realise how far you've come.
You leave with a pause. And with what to do inside it.
This isn't a promise that you'll never snap again, or that you'll feel completely transformed. That takes longer, and you deserve honesty about that. But here is what becomes real across these eight weeks.
You start catching yourself before the reaction instead of always realising afterwards. That pause, even if it's just a few seconds, is where everything changes.
You have real, practical tools to discharge what's happening in your body before it comes out on the people you love. Not theory. Things you can actually use in the middle of a hard moment.
You understand that anger and big emotions aren't the problem. Learning what to do with them is. And now you know.
When you do lose it, you know how to repair. With your kids. With yourself. Without spiralling into shame for the rest of the day.
Eight weeks of embodiment sessions that are entirely yours. An hour a week where you stop achieving, stop being needed, and come back into your body. You leave those sessions feeling expanded and more connected to yourself than you've felt in a long time.
Eight weeks of coaching where you have a genuinely safe space to say the things you've never felt safe enough to say anywhere else. You'll be listened to, reflected back to, and asked questions that open something up rather than just being told what to do.
A group of women who are in it with you, who help you realise you are not alone in this, and who you can keep coming back to beyond the eight weeks.
A deeper relationship with your body. You start learning to listen to it, feel it, and work with it rather than constantly overriding it. More peace in your body. More capacity for presence. More access to the playful, lighter version of yourself and your family.
I have lived everything I teach.
I was snapping at my daughter over the smallest things. Feeling sick and numb all day. Telling people what had happened, hoping they'd tell me I was a good mum, while deep down feeling like she deserved someone else.
I found somatic work. I started learning about the nervous system, about triggers, about what to actually do with anger instead of holding it in or letting it turn into shame. I learned that my body was reacting to old wounds, that my daughter's big emotions were triggering the parts of me that never got to have a feeling growing up.
That shift took two years. I only truly felt like a good mum in the last few months. And that's exactly why this program exists. Not to rush the journey, but to give you the container to start it.
I'm a somatic coach based in Perth. My work combines nervous system regulation, embodiment movement, short breath practices, and meditation, and I bring all of it into this program alongside my own lived experience as a mum.
I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't already lived.
